Maybe the dSLR gods are looking after me by not letting me beta test the
old Mk III.  This sucks!  I'm sure this will slow future shipments?  After
reading through all the messages it seems there are a host of other error
messages and problems.

I will be taking a trip to Japan and will need to carry a
portable computer, several bottles of different medications
since one now has to have the pills in the bottle, and
clothing and such for a few weeks.

First of all I am very new to this forum as well as photography. I
just bought a Canon 350D (Body only...bought it online) after plenty
on research on this forum. I need to get a lens for it now. My budget
is minimal around $100 if possible.

Anyone considering buying a Kodak camera should reconsider their choice.
