I often see some religious discussions regarding certain camera
settings, and wonder why they go on at all in a world of RAW pictures.

sRGB vs Adobe RGB:  Since this conversion happens after interpretation

I'm looking at a used lens described as having 'marks on back glass' but
I think this is where it would be a big problem, right? A little scratch

First a little background. I was asked to take a group photo. I have a
D70 and a couple of lenses, the one I used was my Nikkor 24-120 VR. In
previous years, the photographer (no longer with us) used a medium
format (Hasselblad, IIRC) and I knew I couldn't approach the resolution

The street price of the D200 is more than 50% dearer than the 30D.
Could you folks tell me is there any reason(s) to go for a D200 for a
new starter (whom don't have neither C nor N lenses)?
To me, the 30D and the D200 are more or less in the same market segment

Ive not long ago purchased an Canon eos 20D. I was wondering b4 i go and
