Cleaning Nikon D100 CCD/EH-5 AC Adapter04 Dec 2005 00:00 GMT6
I've had my D100 for a couple of years and the dust spots are beginning to
bother me.  I've read everything I can find and believe I have a good handle
on the tools and process.  I found I cannot lock the mirror up unless the
camera is on the EH-5 AC adapter.  Not a problem, ...
Nikon D70s, Infrared, Cokin03 Dec 2005 23:58 GMT6
Just was wondering if anyone has used the Cokin Infrared Filter (A007 or
P007) with a digital SLR. I am shooting currently with a Nikon D70s and have
a bunch of Cokin filter from my days of shooting film. I have been reading
here and everyone seems to be using the Hoya filter. Any ...
Critical tests for some DSLRs03 Dec 2005 23:40 GMT47
Pretty interesting results.  It is principally a comparison between
the Sony R1 and DSLRs.  But look at the placement in certain tests
of some "high end" DSLRs, particularly the dynamic ranges.

28-105mm lens problem03 Dec 2005 17:36 GMT9
I have a 28-105mm zoom that is sharp across the range above F5.6 when auto
focusing. At max apperture of F2.8-4.0 autofocusing it focuses forward of
the focus point, if I manual focus it is much sharper. The 105mm end is
better wide open than the 28mm end.
Olympus E30003 Dec 2005 12:57 GMT20
I'm thinking of buying the E500 when it comes out in a few weeks time.  Has
anyone had any bad experiences with the Olympus E300 ?
thanx, chux.
Lens adapter for Canon 350D02 Dec 2005 20:22 GMT5
I am the proud owner of the above. Apologies if this has been asked before.
I previously had an Olympus system and new that the Canon range was not
compatible with Olympus lenses.
However, in my view the quality of the Canon is unsurpassed for the price
70 - 200 L USM question01 Dec 2005 17:41 GMT23
I just invested in this lens - Just viewed the first results - WOW! It

Canon 20D or Nikon D70s?01 Dec 2005 04:07 GMT88
How these two compare, the price of cannon is slightly higher, but in terms
of quality how do they compare. I am thinking of D70s with 18-70 kit lens
and 20D with 17-85 IS lens. How do the lenses compare? Any suggestion for
better wakl around lenses to go with each? I have heard ...
First sensor cleaning - tips?01 Dec 2005 00:31 GMT13
The Canon 20D's a couple of weeks old now; getting used to it through
experimentation.
Its time for me to learn/practice how to clean the CMOS sensor, before
I start to "shoot for the record".
Digital SLR and night photography01 Dec 2005 00:29 GMT31
As a hardcore film junkie, I'm interested in delving into the world of
digital photography.  I own a Nikon FE and a 1956 Leica M3 with all the
lenses.  I like to do a lot of night photograpy, black and white, long
exposures, usually with Tri-X at 1600.
