Just another example. This fellow dropped a lens. It broke at the plastic point, even though the lens was a plastic-metal combo. Polycarbonate versus aluminum, stainless or magnesium? No contest.

I have a couple of 1970's Mamiya-Sekor SLR cameras with a collection of Vivitar lenses that screw into the camera body. Some of the "high end" digital cameras seem to look like the older SLRs. Will my old lenses work with any new "Digital" cameras?

I haven't been able to view any of the Raw images I've taken with my Pentax ist DS. Can't do it with Elements 3. Microsoft Raw Thumbnail viewer doesn't seem to help. Can't do it with ZoomBrowzer EX.
