I'm just trying to work out whether I should be waiting for more to happen
on the four-thirds front or whether the format is dead.  I know Olympus have
released cameras and that there are some lenses, but I can't find anything

1.Is it true to say that if I use a 50mm lens from a 35mm camera on a
Digital SLR, I get the equivalent of a 75mm lens?
2. If the answer to question #1 it is yes, then is my subject getting closer

I am considering going way over my budget and purchasing a KM7D for the
figure skating photography I do......but it's absolutely essential that
the camera be compatible with my Sigma 70-210/2.8 zoom lens. I've been
researching this everywhere online with no results yet though I did

I have thousands of dia slides from the "old days". Is there any simple way
to make jpg's of them? A scanner would of course do the job, but it would
take ages. Would prefer to put some equipment on my D70s and do it that way.
Any experience?
