I get a lot of requests from family, friends and customers to do high-key
portraits but have had to turn them down as I've simply not got the set-up
and equipment to do it.
So I'd like to get myself sorted and have convinced SWMBO to let me convert

1. photosol.com .... swabs, wipes, just for the new sensors.
2. techni-tool.com.... 74 gram CO2 Tech Duster with holder and nozzle.
the combination and some common sense solves all sensor cleaning problems.

Thanks to this forum I am able to load NEF files from my Nikon D70
into Adobe Photohop Elements 3 and see the main adjustment screen with

I've noticed that some low end digital SLRs are starting to move into

Anybody troubled with flash underexposure from his/her 20D?  On mine, when
flash is the primary light source, 1 or 2 stops of exposure compensation
seem to be needed to get the correct exposure.  This, with both the built-in
flash and with a 580EX.  Canon seems to be unaware of the ...

I just want to try and clear something up.  I have a D70 and am going to add
a UV filter, primarily to protect the lens, but what I really want to know
is will it have any haze reducing or other effect on the images (as it would
on a film camera).

I've seen a couple of posts relating to a patch that enables more functions
on the 300D, can anyone point me to where I can get hold of it please.

I am trying to extract RAW (NEF) files off of a Nikon D70.  Using the
Nikon Capture Editor (4.1.3), and asking it to open directly in photoshop,
or to save it first as a TIFF, then opening it with PS 7 manually ...
either way, I get an error message from Photoshop that says

I have to get a life...
