I picked up a focusing scope which has a deep blue filter that flips into
the eyepiece. (In fact, it's in there as the default position.) What's the
purpose of it? To enhance viewing contrast? Focus UV?

i am think if it is legal to use arbitrary processing ( solutions )
temperatures for paper processing.  the basic idea is that i want to
adjust exposure time to compensate differences between actual
processing temperature and standard 68F.

know if you stick with the same brand of film,(Fuji), but use different

I recently acquired a Jobo CPA-2 processor and a couple of their
"regular" drums.  However I'd like to use the processor with Jobo
Expert drums.  The obstacle to that is the roller-assembly toward the
back of the lift -- it's too small to accomodate the larger-size

I just got a second hand enlarger, and I noticed it came with a 75mm
lens, I unscrewed the 50mm one that was loose to begin with (Too loose
to adjust the aperture) and now the 75mm won't screw in. There is a
metal ring in the (?) lens board (?) and it's loose. Nothing snapped,
