I just developed the above roll of 120 in Pyro and fix w/ TF4 following the recommendations in the book. I've been using Pyro for about 4 years now and have had good results overall. I noticed a random pattern of streak towards one edge of the film. It is similar to the pattern you ...

I have a question about a Bessler 23C II, which I Love to use, the problem is it got shorted out when a water pipe leaked onto it. I took it to the shop for repairs, everything works great with one exception, the timer goes off, but the lamp does not. Any idea where I can get a ...

| Warming up a coldlite | 19 Apr 2005 23:25 GMT | 4 |
Do any of you using a coldlite see the need to warm it up for a period before using it? The older version (not for VC ) I've used for a long time and have never seen fluctuations, and have never needed a voltage stabilizer to guarantee repeated times. My year old VC model, yesterday

Back in the 70's I used a developer additive called Factor 8. It allowed exposure of Tri-X at EI 6400 with quite good shadow detail. It long ago disappeared from the market. Does anyone have any idea of a formula to obtain these results? I doubt that it really gave me 6400, ...
