| Toning Agfa Classic FB | 25 Apr 2004 08:18 GMT | 6 |
I love this paper for it's unique tonal rendition, but it is the oddest brownish green color I've ever seen. When I try to break through this color with selenium I find I have to go 6-8 min ( Selenium approx.85 degrees 1:14

| Jon Scarpetti | 25 Apr 2004 03:55 GMT | 9 |
I turned off my killfile for cleanup and WOW, what's this Jon and Scarpitti thing? It looks like MS has devolved into a schitzophrenic conversation with himself. Jon == Scarpetti? You two have a future as a study in mental distress.

| Turn D-76R to D-76D? | 25 Apr 2004 03:54 GMT | 7 |
I have a few packages of D-76R (replenisher) not being used. Look at the formula difference of D-76D and D-76R, I thought the best use could be to turn D-76R into D-76D so I can at least to use it up for normal developing.

| MF & Technical Pan, looking for optimum sharpness | 25 Apr 2004 00:23 GMT | 38 |
The last few weeks I've been shooting landscapes with a Hasselblad 503CW, using a CFE 2.8/80 mm- lens and TMX. Now that I've finally decided on how to build my compositions, I'm considering to start all over again using Technical Pan. For most pictures, the lens is stopped down to ...

| Printing: Developer + Stop = Sizzle | 23 Apr 2004 07:16 GMT | 11 |
Hello. I hope someone can explain what happened when, yesterday I took my paper from the developer and put it in the stop bath. A "sizzle" sound was produced when the paper was put into the stop bath. This does not seem good for the paper or me for that matter. The first

| develop E-6 or C-41 in old mungy B/W chemistry??? | 23 Apr 2004 02:32 GMT | 1 |
Ok... obviously, they would turn out, if they turned out at all as x & white negatives.. a quick google search reveals little on actually doing something stupid like this.. plenty on cross processing color film with OTHER color film chemistry, but not much on something so

I have spotted a Durst M601 enlarger at a local auction house. Are there any particular things to look out for when buying this model 2nd hand? It seems to work fine with the Minolta lens stepping down OK. Only thing bothering me - & I'm sure it can be fixed - I obiously couldn't ...

| No Scratch left on too long? | 22 Apr 2004 20:22 GMT | 1 |
I left some on a neg in the enlarger for more than 24 hours, then cleaned the neg with film cleaner. I noticed some swirls on the film when tilted in the light after cleaning. Is that a damage to the film? TIA
