FA: Saunders Omega Print/Repeat easel27 Mar 2004 04:21 GMT1
After 20 years of happiness, I'm finally going to part with my trusty
ol' 8x10 Print/Repeat easel. This is the heavy duty one that allows
you to print combinations of (1) 8x10, (2) 5x7, (4) 4x5, (4) 3.5x5 and
(8) 2.25x3.25 prints on a single sheet of 8x10 paper. Unlike the

I'm interested in buying one of these but have a few questions:
1) Does anyone besides Nova make them?
2) Is there any good way to keep the chemistry below ambient air
temperature?  A few models have heaters, but keeping things cool seems
color analyzer26 Mar 2004 21:57 GMT5
I've got an old color analzyer called a Colormate Marc I.  It seems to be
well-made and in functioning condition.

using Kodak Print Viewing Filters.  I then attempted to "program" the

Lucky 70M Enlarger26 Mar 2004 04:36 GMT3
I was just fortunate enough to recently be given the above enlarger as
a gift. I plan on building a darkroom in my basement and this is
basically the first component I have.
My question is can anyone point me to a place where I can

Targeted attack on this NG24 Mar 2004 16:06 GMT1
I started receiving e-mail with malicious virus attachments from forged
addresses pretending to be from people on the NG that I would normally read
their mail.  I think it's a little too coincidental for a harvester to match
up the people that I correspond with.  If this virus gets ...

I bought some 100' ers of T-max in 100 and 400 and am wondering if there is

Bad luck buying film21 Mar 2004 15:32 GMT13
In the past two months I have placed orders with 3 companies on-line for
bulk 35 mm film.  I'm still waiting!  I'm not a bad person and I haven't
vented my spleen on any of these vendors...yet.  I did receive some of the
items I ordered from 1 firm with no paperwork or any ...
repairing negative with dichroic fog?21 Mar 2004 12:42 GMT9
I have several Plus-X negatives that have a mottled base fog with
transmitted light and a metallic sheen with reflected. I think this is
dichroic fog; it took me around six months to identify this problem, so the
negatives have been sitting in their negative sheets for quite some ...
Model Release Form21 Mar 2004 08:51 GMT3
I have written a script on the Net that will make a full model release
form by just filling in a few blanks. It pops the form up in your
browser and you just print it off. It takes into account gender, age
of model, US or UK English.  It is a short form, but still assigns the
