It was bound to happen sooner our later! The D3's magnesium body and bulletproof design was eventually going to get tested to the breaking point! It is said that sometimes the nut wins and sometimes the D3 wins. Well, the D3 didn't fair so well in this run-in! It aint pretty!

What do you use for cleaning filters and lenses? There seem to be a few alternatives, I've seen blowers and brushes, pens and other stuff but have no idea what givers good results. Tom

If you use the multi button on the camera, you can skip thru pictures from left to right and up -down will give info and RGB histogram. But on the grip the multi button is reversed: to go thru picture is up-down en info is left right.
