Calendars, calendars and more calendars10 Aug 2007 09:01 GMT6
It's (its) calendar time in earnest. The latest in my regional
calendar series for Queensland (Australia) is North Stradebroke
Island, just a 10 minute ride by fast catamaran from the mainland. The
largest sand island of them all!

No thoughts on the "GARY FONG LOVES THE 20D" thread?
Over 600 mostly off-topic posts and we don't hear a peep from you?
Betcha if me and D-Mac made two posts bashing each other in it, you'd
come running and screaming about how we are wrecking the newsgroup.
Panoramas - a "How Not to" guide08 Aug 2007 11:34 GMT12
First, don't bother with any sort of level-checking device.

BREAKING NEWS:  THE WAR IS OVER !07 Aug 2007 23:36 GMT11
No, not George Bush's war, silly!  I'm talking about the big one ...

and at this point are not at battle.  (One hopes the truce extends to
his many alter-egos as well.)

LAUGHING JACKASSES LOVE THE GX1007 Aug 2007 07:33 GMT7
No, not D-Mac, or even Annika1980, the laughing jackass is a colloquial name
for the Kookaburra, the largest member of the Kingfisher family.

Stitching Applications for Documents?06 Aug 2007 11:50 GMT9
There are several good stitching packages for scenic panoramas.  And all take

page.
