I'm going down to the Airshow at Avalon this weekend. It'll be the first time for me so I'd appreciate any photography related tips from people who've been there before. I've only got a 300mm lens (no IS) but I do have 1.4X and 2X TCs.

I have around $1500 to spend and I want a DSLR to photograph my 2 yr old and one yet to come (due April) I am getting a canon 400D in my mind . I can't go wrong with that choice I hope or does anybody have another suggestion?

I saw a bird flying in the sky But I guess you never know what's going to happen at a beach wedding. Rain, wind, King tides ...you name it, it can happen when you plan a year in advance for an outdoor event.

Given that one can non-digital SLR digital cameras with a good optical zoom and megapixels. Why would one want to get a digital SLR which are quite expensive? Thank you

Over the many years I have been taking pictures I have had many camera's. But I have never been happy with any of them. I know it sounds bizarre but I want to capture what my eye sees. I have never achieved that with the camera's Ive had.
