Best way of shooting old photos?30 Nov 2006 10:18 GMT55
I've just been given scores of old photos to copy, family photos.  The
earliest one is from 1875, down to last year.  I'd like to preserve the
originals, catalogue them and produce the rest on dvd with narration before
all the information gets lost.

Guys i have a 30D & a 430 speedlite. I wish to buy a bracket to get the
flash away from the camera (but not remote). Ive searched high & low in
australia on the net & local shops & we seem to have a lack of them here
other than the stuff on eBay. Local shops just put that 'not this ...

We're doing something different in CreativePhoto. We're using a lot
of photographs inserted into the text to illustrate the articles. The
photographs also make it much more interesting visually. So, following

Have decided to go with the Canon 30D I asked ideas on in an earlier
thread..(can get it for slightly under 2 grand)... feels good especially
with the add-on BG-E2 battery holder and will go with the Canon 70-200 USM L
series lens and save around $1000 by not going with the Image ...

I am looking towards buying a drawing tablet for use with Photoshop etc. Does anyone have any suggestions brand wise?

Recently did a trip round the Flinders from Robe which we did on the
Melb cup weekend...
Took 500 odd photos with sons camera, as well as the ones I took with
the 300D. but when we got home and went to download them the card only
