I tend to browse on Photosig and Australian Digital Photo of the Day
regularly and have downloaded some shots to ADPOTD.  I have no problems with
Photosig speed wise (dial in only due to location) but ADPOTD seems a bit
slow by comparison.  Not certain if proxy settings and the ...

I purchased this raincoat sometime ago and have never used it.
It has a velcro strips along the edges to pull it together under the camera
lens, a velcro "tie" to wrap around the lens inside to hold it secure (eg in
wind), and a draw string to secure it up front.

Had a look at the Electronic Dick, the Canon Ixma (??) has four colour
tanks, an Epson they have has 5 colour tanks.
Does one extra tank make all the difference?

pro slide film such as fuji velvia..
Surely there is somewhere that sells them in 5 or 10 roll packs for a

Looking at getting a scanner, mainly to do pdf archiving, but want to do
some (limited) photo/neg/tranny scanning. Have an R800 printer - what

Spotted a Sigma EX 10-20 today for $579. Anyone tried one of these yet ?
I was contemplating a 17-85 to replace my 28-105 (the nice one) for use
with a DSLR .. but the 17-85 and 28-105 over lap a bit. It would be nice
