I took my Canon G5 into Canon as lens just stopped focusing and
wouldnt retract anymore.   I am in Brisbane.

Anyone here got the new Panasonic DMC FZ-20 digital yet?  I have read a heap
of good reviews and so placed an order for one, just want to hear feedback
from anyone who has already got one.

I chasing a Nikon HNCPIO (or HNCP10?) step down ring, mainly so I can add a
polarising filter to my C-Pix 5400. Just wondering where you guys find the
best prices in B&M or online for Nikon parts? I´ve been quoted $49 for the
ring locally... they cant even place an order for me at ...

My Nikon has copped a fair amount of salt spray, particularly the other
say... you could clearly see it on the body and lens.
I was wondering what the most effective way of cleaning it would be?

Eeek... just found alot of crap on my 300D sensor and am real worried
it wont be able to get cleaned properely.

Getting a new FZ20 on Monday, and I want to pick up a polarizing filter at
the same time.  I know I need a 72mm but what's the real difference between
a normal and circular polarizer?
How come some brands have 3 or 4 circular polarizer all at much varying

Today I made a 10 minute back-to-back comparison with the lenses above with
my D100 (awaiting arrival of D2X... mmmm), shooting identical scenes with
aperture priority - but comparing same apertures.  I was careful to frame
identically and use same focal lengths as well.
