Hand held Canon 40D with 70-200 F/2.8 plus 1.4 extender EXIF reads

Just a note here to encourage those with comments about digital cameras
that look like 35mm SLRs but aren't (Nikon D3 et al) to post in the
appropriate newsgroup: rec.photo.digital.slr.
