Identify buyers with similar buying requirements and get bids from
sellers for the group requirements. A new way of buying.

It is a three step process:
       1.    Buyers of same/similar items form a CLUB.
       2.    Invite sellers to bid on the club items - A REVERSE
AUCTION.
