Anyone have any experience with the Acratech Ultimate? Looking for a high quality, lightweight ballhead. Bought a new Giottos tripod and head at the NANPA conference. Not wild about the head. Works fine, just all the controls are backwards for me......

I have the Nikon Bellows PB-6 and the Slide copying adaptor PS -6, plus the AR-10 which I believe will not work with this set up on the D200. What I would like to know is what other equipment do I need to make this equipment work on the D200 AND, what lens to use?

Is there a very simple way to make a picture fade out so you don't have a sharp egde where the picture ends? It could be e.g. 10mm from the edge of the frame where the fading begins. Max
