Who needs a stinking 5D?
Okay, well I guess I do, when the price comes down a little . . .
In the meantime, the 10D still has the pixel pitch that hummers love.

hi, i turned my photo from a pinhole camera from a negative to a
positive, and i suddenly came up up with an idea. can i do the same
thing that i did turning my negative to a positive but opposite so i
can make a positive a negative? i seemed like a good idea. dos anyone

HI, i made a pinhole camera for a school project, but i dont know how
to develop the film. i cant ask my teacher, and there are no books in
any of the librarys. the paper came with directions, but i dont
understand them at all. the paper is ILFORD MGV MULTIGRADE IV RC

Using my Nikon 5000ED scanner, the short edges
sometimes have a reddish "border" most intense
at the very edge and fading as distance from
the edge increases.  I cannot see these on the

I have been using Epson 2450 to scan slides. However, I have trouble
scanning 35mm film. It is not easy to insert the film in the film
holder, the film gets damaged. I have been avoidung scanning films
because it seems so tedious. Also, the scan quality was very poor.

I have a million 35mm slides in shoeboxes
and was thinking of sending them off
to a scanning service to put them on CD
and then I would have them to make prints.

The shootin turned 3 years old on August 30th.  There are no more
mandates in this round.
Is anyone still interested in the shootin?

Not cross posting.  I asked this same question on another NG and received no
reply.  I'm hoping someone on this NG can help.
I am using a Sandisk Ultra II 2GB CF in my Canon 30D.  Twice now when I have
been deleting individual shots with the camera "Image Protected" appears on
