Just last week I got my new Coolscan V and it's been great. I do have a
question however. Some photos come out virtually free of any grain or
noise, totally smooth and pin sharp. Others contain a sizable amount of
noise/grain. I can imagine this varying across different rolls of ...

i know the nikon Fs did, but what about the older Pentax line? Specifically

I spent the past couple of hours looking at a few of the digital camera
review sites.  It seems as though not a day goes by that some new camera is
introduced.
Thinking back over the past year, I am unable to come up with any

I want to shoot my 3yr old daughter (with a camera, that is). I
don't want her looking like an angel that she is not, rahter
the devil incarnate (in a lovable form) that she is. Nothing
great, just some shots that will bring a fond chuckle when
