Summaron 35mm 1:2.831 May 2006 07:33 GMT5
Any user opinions on this lens? It's available at considerably less than
the current Summicron equivalents, but is it worth getting? Will I be
disappointed? I'm looking specifically for performance at max aperture.
I just bought a Rolleiflex SL35 E and I need your help!31 May 2006 05:57 GMT2

excellent condition but it didn't come with a user manual. I managed to

the camera, on right side. This lever is in vertical position ...
Decent nikon manual focus body?30 May 2006 21:54 GMT15
Came across some nice nikkor lenses (been using a couple on my E1 with an

A priority would be a nice bonus. Not interested in AF or ...

I was trolling through Margie's archives today when I found this gem. These
parrots get stuck into the flowers of the Umbrella tree which is
intoxicating. They fly into all sorts of things as they leave the trees.
Margie put this bird bath in the garden of our old house and these ...

Q re: Nikon lens disassembly30 May 2006 03:43 GMT4
This question has to do with disassembling a Nikon 50mm f/2 lens, sn
311xxxx (late-series non-AI). The problem is a fungus infestation (not

Contax 167MT - over exposure28 May 2006 21:29 GMT4
I've just received Provia 100F slides taken on a recently purchased 167MT
with the 50 f1.7 Planar.  6 out of the 39 slides are seriously over-exposed

(This is sometimes difficult to do when the subject has more than two
of them.)
