A "normal" lens orignally meant nothing more than the 50mm that "normally"
came with a new camera.  The reason it came with a new camera wasn't because
its magnification was equal to that of what we "normally" see with the
unaided eye--it's not, anyway, being off by several ...

A couple months ago, I got my 70-200 f2.8L IS.  A couple weeks ago, far
