It's been a few years since I last used my Contax 35mm film camera. One day I took the camera out and shot a 24exp roll in one hour. Was expecting that my good old camera will give the excitement again but I was so disappointed.

Does anyone know of any source of this film in any size? Konica-Minolta keeps claiming that it isn't discontinued, but it's impossible to find. Do any of the other Konica-Minolta films resemble Impresa? Thanks you

I was thinking of getting the HP 4890 scanner for all-round use... it does larger slides as well and I have some 2 1/4 I would like to scan as well as 35. The spec says it will do 16 - 35mm slides at once. Anyone have experience with this one? How about the software dust removal ...

More of a random thought than anything else, but then I wondered, what if... You're told by the manual to turn IS off when using a tripod, but what if you're using a tripod on a windy day?
