Death Knoll of Film Delayed?06 Nov 2005 18:31 GMT74
I just read of the demise of the German film company Agfa Photo GmbH.
Just one more demise of a film company. The forward march of digital
continues at breath taking speed. But as photographers do we really
want a significant part of our history and tradition to be wiped clean
Nikon posts details about D200, $1699 as it might be...06 Nov 2005 18:28 GMT12
Someone made some screen dumps before the "leak" was removed again.
This becomes kind of tiresome with Nikon... Is this really necessary
to remove this page again?

anywhere on the Internet or do we just speculate about it for a few months?

Also, a Nikon EL2W if there is such a manual on line.
I have googled and perused Nikon.ca and Nikon.com without success.

28-70 2.8 D EX Sigma lens query:  Quality?03 Nov 2005 14:15 GMT1
I've been looking at a couple used lens at the local dealer shop.  One
that intrigues is a Nikon mount Sigma constant aperture 2.8 EX 28-70.
It includes lens shade and 77mm Nikon filter.  Lens appears xlnt
condition overall.  Price is somewhere around $150.
