In my youth I was a member of the Richmond and Twickenham Photographic Society
where many of the Royal Photographic Society members and others produced
a lot

I have a Nikon N50 AF camera. I would like to photograph a high school
hockey tournement. Someone lent me this lens. I wrote down the markings

Anyone got an opinion? I have an opportunity to get one at what looks
like a very reasonable price, but it's something I don't really know
anything about. I could get a 200-400mm f/4 VR for about 35% more, so
now I am wondering what would be a better option?

Could someone point me towards a guide to Nikon's current lens lineup?
Specifically, I am on the brink of purchasing a D70s, but am unsure of

the EC-B focussing screen (the standard one) seem not to be in so

Isn't it annoying when you capture a nice image...but it has a small
annoying element that distracts?

this must have been the first one with the fancy lens that ppl seem to
rave about but otherwise itseems quitw primitive with only AF and
selftimer to worry about. so are the apertureand shutterspeed both
fixed or what?
