I'm looking to buy a second-hand 35mm SLR camera with an auto-focus zoom
lens (something like 28-80mm not to worried here) that will focus to
20cm or closer. A first pass hasn't thrown up anything better than 35cm,
so any recommendations for an AF camera/lens that will go to 20cm ...

after my Contax Aria body got stuck with its film winder, then i sent it to
repair. after done, the film winder came up again and i felt happy with it.

 I recently got a Canon Flash coupler D for my Canon F-1. I have a
Canon 199A flash I use with my A1, and am wondering, how to use it on
the completely manual F-1. Anyone have any experience with using
the 199 in manual mode?

Just a bit of a rant.
I had 3 rolls back from Qualex yesterday, and the prints absolutely
sucked.  Color balance off, washed-out colors, details out of focus.  I
don't know whether they were using a cheap enlarging lens or whether the
