I've got a 80-200mm f/2.8 lens.
I'm considering getting a 1.4 teleconverter for it. This reduces the lens
Incident-light meter - Wide angle and Telephoto03 Jul 2005 14:37 GMT1
When using an incident-light meter, holding it at or near the subject and
aiming the meter's light-sensitive cell back toward the camera.
I notice a difference when shooting at 10 ft and when shooting at 20 ft.
Say when shooting at 10 ft with a wide angle lens I need to give it f8  ...

We're here, and the weather and countryside are fantastic.  Lots of great
photo ops.  Now I need some daycare to free me up for some photography!

I have been doing available light photography for years and am now
interested in using a flash, mostly for photographing people at

obtain as natural a look as possible with the artifical light. I've

The demon sits behind a tall stone desk in front of a gate made of bone.
Beyond the gate you hear the screams of the damned; the sound chills you to
the marrow of your being.  The demon notices your presence and leans over
the desk, casting a forboding shadow over where you stand ...
Film vs. Digital - Go to the source.01 Jul 2005 17:29 GMT13
Once and for all, I decided to get this thing out of the way and
