Our camera club (in the UK) are going to buy a 35mm slide projector for
their shows in a quite large room. Does anyone have any favourite models,

Nikon N90s - prism top "window" cover missing04 Jun 2005 06:12 GMT2
The "window covering" on the top of the prism head of my Nikon N90s
just went missing, so I have a "hole" in the top of the prism housing.
Is this something I should get replaced right away?  Obviously I
should not use the camera in the rain with the window cover missing,
Travel in Scotland in December04 Jun 2005 05:24 GMT14
I might be in northern Scotland for a few weeks in December and would

as I expect it is a tad colder than I am used to in the sub-tropical
part of Australia.

Less is more (sometimes)03 Jun 2005 14:55 GMT14
My intention is not to start a digital vs. film flame war, just to make a
few observations. I own several digital cameras (Nikon and Olympus) and
enjoy shooting with them.  But there are qualities to film that can't (at
least at present) be duplicated in a digital image.  I've ...
