I've just purchased a used Gossen Luna Pro F (analog) meter.
Fortunately, it came with a manual (which I've already read twice).
I'm still confused on a couple points and hoping that someone here may
be able lend a bit of assistance.

I bought the bogen 3001N with 3030 head online used, but they sent it to me
the 3130 head, which appears to be  $14 dollars more when purchases new.  I
may keep the 3130 but I'm having a problem with it that maybe the 3030 would
solve.  I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions as ...

Okay, it's relatively new in the Nikon lineup, and it's really flat, but
without getting into a detailed discussion of optics, what does this lens
offer in terms of real-world capability over a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 that could
be worth three times the price?

Went to a wedding yesterday.  There were 2 photogs, one using a Fuji

I never really looked in detail how a color lab works to transfer the
image from film to paper.
I mean, when I was a kid and making my prints in my grandfather's
studio, I was using his 2m high enlarger and exposing all my prints one

Those photos you see in photography magazines look great.
My question is what is the main factor that makes photos look great?
is it
the type of film used?

I'd like to buy a new tripod and have settled between two models:
Bogen Manfrotto 728B & 3405B.  I understand from their website that the
728B replaces the older model 3405B.  However, when I read the specs, I
get the impression that the 3405B is better.  It's also about $20

I feel a bit silly posting such an ignorant question, but this one really has
me going. I tried Google searches on this camera, but didn't turn up the
solution. Maybe someone experienced with these old cameras can shed some light.
