I have a horrible problem with the lens that I have purchased over
the B&H photo two weeks ago. I must first tell you that the
lens came from theirs used department store and they say that
all used equipment is tested and sold in working order! Yeah right :(

Need manual for old flash26 Feb 2005 21:58 GMT1
I just picked up an old Sunpak Auto 30DX for use with my Minolta X-700.  I
would like to find a manual for the flash.  Possibly someone reading this
has one tucked away?  Or if there is an electronic version, maybe a link to
that?  Thanks,

The value of a Leica?26 Feb 2005 16:40 GMT3
Would it be silly to assume that if Leica is indeed headed for the wall
and a buy-out by someone who would cheapen the brand's value by
manufacturing inferior gear under the Leica badge, would result in
previously manufactured Leica's increasing in value?

Photo ops in and about Plymouth, England26 Feb 2005 07:43 GMT21
My wife has an opportunity to finish her master's degree there, and she
wants to uproot the whole family for a month to do just that.  I'm a bit
opposed to it, as it doesn't sound like vacation, what with our 1 year old
daughter coming along and me being the full time care taker ...
Advice: Canon EOS 1N vs. Elan 7N26 Feb 2005 07:38 GMT13
A local camera store has these two cameras, the EOS 1N and the Elan 7N,
for similiar prices (they're both used). I've looked up specifications
for both on the internet but was hoping for some opinions from people
who had experience with either of them. I'm a college student studying
Gear discussion (what do you own?)26 Feb 2005 05:49 GMT36
I'm often impressed by much of the gear that various participants in this
group post about.  I have a very modest setup, but nonetheless I'd like to
share it, and hear what everyone else has in their kits.  Yes, this has been
done here before, but inventory changes, and so do the ...

I recently bought an Electro 35 GT on ebay.  It looks in good order,
fitted a 6 volt battery with spring and it seems to work OK.
