Nikon SB-28DX on an F65.02 Feb 2005 18:15 GMT1
I've found an SB-28 and an SB-28DX, bot refurbished and in the same
shop, but the DX will cost 20 EUR less and also seems to be in a better
state.
I've searched a bit with Google, but I've found only threads on the
Sigma 180 macro02 Feb 2005 14:51 GMT2
I'm thinking about buying a used Sigma 180 f5.6 macro and am not finding
much information on it.  Does anyone own one or have any experience with
one that they'd like to share?   I use old Canons, A-1, EF, not that it
matters.
{SI} My Impressions of Glass, Steel, & COncrete02 Feb 2005 01:47 GMT5
In spite of the server problems, I think we had a very successful round.
There is something I enjoy in every image.
Bob Hickey: Bob, I really want to love your shot.  I enjoy the architecture,
the construction, and the feel.  But the exposure seems a little off (burn
Advice on buying a flash01 Feb 2005 21:05 GMT8
I'm looking to get a flash for the Canon 20D, but beyond built-in flash

it's wonderful.
But today, after I replaced the battery, the battery door no longer
[SI] Bowser's Entry for GSC01 Feb 2005 16:23 GMT6
Due to the preponderance of white crap littering my neighborhood lately, I
had a tough time finding a nice visual juxtaposition of the three elements.
So I settled for two out of three when I came across this old Dodge rotting
away in an auto graveyard. I was tempted to go to ...

My Shootin Entry01 Feb 2005 07:42 GMT4
OK all you tech heads out there.  Will someone please explain to me why my
shootin submission isn't loading completely?  The bottom half of the image
looks terrible.  The original image looks fine when I open it on my
computer.  What gives?
[SI] Brian's Shot01 Feb 2005 02:29 GMT2
The mandate said in a pleasing combination... or individually.  So, I
chose individually.  It was either this or a archived shot.
Of course, this morning I had the great idea for the shot: a glass
filled with concrete chunks instead of ice cubes, with a piece of rebar
