| Jammed Spotmatic shutter | 07 Jan 2005 00:06 GMT | 8 |

A friend approached me with a broken Kiev 4 (CONTAX copy). The shutter does not cock when you turn the winding knob nor is there tension when you try and change shutter speeds as on my Kiev 4. The cameras winds properly.

| [SI] Bowser's Vivid Shot | 05 Jan 2005 08:31 GMT | 7 |
As you can plainly see, it's a shot of hell on Earth; a youth-oriented store from the mall. However, this shoot was fraught with danger. While at the Burlington Mall (MA, USA), I was approached by a security guard, who wanted to know what I was shooting. I explained that I was a ...

| Pentax Spotmatic - New Lease on Life | 04 Jan 2005 17:38 GMT | 3 |
After a long time in storage basically for lack of the old PX400 mercury batteries and an unwillingness to go to the short life zinc air replacements, I found a website (sorry I'm not on a computer that presently has the link) that recommended the E387S or 387S silver oxide which is ...
