Why do their prices vary so much ? What functions of the D-type lens

I have a Zeiss Planar 1.4/50.  When I focus on the infinity, the DOF
scale indicates the hyperfocal distance for F16 is about 3.3m.  But
work from the formula, it follows that
h = f^2/(N*c) = 50^2/(16*0.025)

On the olympus 101 can you set up a olympus T32 flash to run off body on a
flash grip and which is the cable for this conection ie TTL auto cord? also
do you need any form of hot shoe adaptor?

At the risk of starting another flame war, I would like some actual
discussion and advice please.  Here's the situation.

talent, has asked my advice in replacing his camera.  His F-70 has bitten

My FG has died. Before it, I had two EM's. I'm trying to decide what to
buy as a replacement. I have two EM bodies and an FG body, three cases,
and several lenses for this type of camera. But it seems to me that
these models have been discontinued so long that any used model I buy

I have a Nikon F5 in perfect shape except the rubber piece on the very
bottom (around the tripod mount) is coming loose. Is this rubber piece just
glued on?
