Wanted to buy a flash for my Nikon F80, but have no experience on these TTL flashlights. Any good reference for me to study or any user comment on these two products? I know 800 is better however budget is one of my concern...

I have recently decided to purchase a digital SLR, and have settled on a Canon EOS 20D. As I am not "moving" to digital (indeed I am still building my darkroom!) I would like to retain compatibility between a film camera

I have a Nikon D100, I shoot a lot of wildlife, and animals in general, in the wild, at sanctuaries and zoos. I'm looking at a Nikon 80-400VR or Sigma 50-500. I currently have a Sigma 170-500 and Nikon 28-200 but want something a little longer that's still hand holdable. Forget ...

| Nikon 50mm f1.4- AF vs. AF-D | 01 Nov 2004 16:20 GMT | 2 |
From what I hear, the latest version of this lens has been compomised slightly in the name of budget- an increase in plastics vs. metals, for example. Is this true of older versions? Is it possible that pre-D lenses will be more solid-feeling than post-D? Bear in mind i'm fairly ...

| Angle Finder for Canon 1D Mark II | 01 Nov 2004 02:32 GMT | 4 |
I've read a good bit about bird photography from Arthur Morris's excellent Birds as Art web site and one of the things that interested me was the desirability of getting the camera close to the ground for a more intimate perspective. But, having tried to do that I find it a
