I think it looks similar to the uniforms of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Not the best cardinal pic I've ever taken, but considering it was 400mm + 2x

travelling w/film - need to use cannisters?26 Oct 2004 20:27 GMT13
What's the conventional wisdom?  When travelling with a bunch of film (a
few dozen rolls of 35mm), is it prudent to keep each roll in its plastic
cannister to protect it from dust/moisture/whatever, or is this just
needless bulk to be dragged around?

I've got a Minolta Dynax 500Si (I think the Americans know it as the
Maxxum). Not the 505, this is a 500. Yep, it's about 10 years old.
I want to get a cable release for it, but the shutter button is not
threaded in any way.
No 12mm rectilinear prime?26 Oct 2004 15:17 GMT24

otherwise well covered by other prime lens to get down to 12mm?

FM3A Black Finish... anyone know?26 Oct 2004 07:13 GMT2
Hi - I used to own an FM3A in black but it was definately not the same
painted finish as my previous FE2 and current FE and FM - it was more
like the matt looking finish of the non-special edition Leicas.
Does anyone know if this was an economy on Nikon's part over gloss

top cover and gain access to the rf?
