I was wondering if anyone has had real silver halide scanned onto CD and
printed with a Frontier system before? Were you happy with the prints?
I am thinking of either getting a scanner or having my B&W negs scanned by
the Frontier itself.

I have a very early Nikon 35/2.8 PC lens and used it on my N90s for
several years. Well, I just realized that, according to the manual,
this combination could cause damage to the lens and/or body. So, what
am I destroying? It seems to work fine.

I've just purchased the Canon 24-85 USM lens and I need a 67mm UV
filter.
Due to the front element extending rather a long way,I have been
warned to choose my filter with care to avoid damaging said element!

Is this considered a flat-field lens?

Fuji makes four different ISO 100 slide films:  Astia, Provia, Sensia, and
Velvia.  What's the difference between them?  I know that Velvia is designed
to give lots of saturation, but what about the others?  I am guessing that
Provia is a general-purpose professional film, Astia is ...
