| LCD/TFT Screens | 07 Aug 2008 01:38 GMT | 28 |
I am sure this has been raised many times before, but help would be appreciated. My present computer has reached the stage where I should be replacing it. However, all new computers seem to come with LCD/TFT monitors, whereas my old computer has a CRT monitor. I can zoom in and ...

| Horror of P&S's finally dawns on one reviewer | 07 Aug 2008 00:52 GMT | 3 |
Check out the review between the Olympus E-420 DSLR and the Fuji S100fs P&S superzoom in a recent issue of the Brit, "What Digital Camera" magazine. The Fuji's one attribute is its long zoom, sort of. Anyway, it's all downhill from their. The DSLR kicks the P&S's

I have a Canon A560 camera. I just got it recently. The still photos are normally excellent. I just tried the Movie Mode today. It took a rather jumpy movie. I can live with the jumpiness, but not the partial picture. What I got was a screen where I only see the MIDDLE

I have broken my Fuji Finepix A570 and can't afford to splash out much to replace it. My problem is that when looking up the specs, I can't find any information on the most stunningly useful feature*, which is the

I posted a few weeks ago that my Canon A560 built in lens cap is sticking and does not open fully quite regularly. I contacted Canon, and they told me to send it in for warranty repair, along with the receipt.

| Location Lighting | 05 Aug 2008 02:08 GMT | 1 |
I have been looking around at portable lighting for relatively basic location lighting, but the battery packs seem to be overpriced for what they are and limited. Quite often, the modeling lights don't even work when run off battery packs.

We put a 2GB type M xD digital camera card into an older reader that apparently corrupted the card. The camera now says "no picture". On a computer with a different card reader, we see the first 126 images (files) each appearing 4 times (obviously invalid ... it appears as if
