I'm considering buying a Canon S3 IS and am very interested in
occasionally using an off camera flash. Can this be done with the S3 IS
through a PC flash (or ???) connector?

Maybe the answer is staring me in the face, but when I crop a raw image, how
do I maintain the original aspect ratio?!

What do you use to log GPS coordinates of all your photographs??
I know some (not mine) cameras actually log GPS information into the EXIF
data but maybe we can buy/build our own with a universal GPS "tracker".
I'd be happy if I could tape onto my camera strap a small "device" that
