| Fast image browser | 19 Jun 2008 09:27 GMT | 20 |
I gave a try to Faststone, which is advertised as a fast image viewer, but in reality is painfully slow. To make an example, on a Centrino 1.4GHz with 2GB RAM Faststone took over 11 seconds to open a 17MP image, while Compupic took less than 2 seconds to open the same image.
