Overlaying one jpg on another?18 Mar 2008 09:22 GMT2
I am trying to make a photobook for a significant moment in my
father-in-law's life.
It will consist of photos from his and his descendants lives.

KODAK Product line18 Mar 2008 08:15 GMT2
In film days, KODAK usually sold ( at most )
half-dozen differrent types of camera.

OT?- AVI editing17 Mar 2008 20:27 GMT3
This might be a bit off topic, but not sure of a better NG.  I have some
AVI files from my digital camera that need some editing for brightness.
Anybody know of any free trials I can get to brighten up the images,
preferably something inexpensive to register?

Since I will soon have the D300 in hand, the question becomes what do I
do with my Nikon N90s?  Is there any application where it is handy to

Hi group,

Wow, with all this hype about the D3, and everyone feeling so chipper about
being able to take better pictures without actually becoming abetter
photographer, I just can't help but whistle a happy tune -- even though I
don't actually own a D3.

(i.e. a 2 inch field of view will do, more or less.)
So the choice is the EF f/2.8 100mm macro (to half life size)  ... OR
