| What causes this? | 28 Feb 2008 01:16 GMT | 3 |
This is a serious question, not an attempt to get you to buy my stuff. I'm puzzled why my eBay photos taken with the same camera, the same settings and stored as jpegs of the same size and resolution come out so different on the site.

I have a FujifilmFinePixS3100 camera which has been a great camera. I'm new to digital and have been an SLR 35mm film camera user for decades. I used a polarizing filter for most of my landscape shots with the

| Stanford camera chip can see in 3D | 27 Feb 2008 05:11 GMT | 4 |
"Most folks think of a photo as a two-dimensional representation of a scene. Stanford University researchers, however, have created an image sensor that also can judge the distance of subjects within a snapshot. To accomplish the feat, Keith Fife and his colleagues have developed

| Unable to reload photos in camera | 27 Feb 2008 05:08 GMT | 3 |
The subject is a little misleading but I have uploaded some photos into my camera so I could hook it up to the TV and show some photos to an interested party. The majority are OK but I get the error message "file error" on some of them and the screen will not show them. I used ...

Will my camera be able to write pictures faster to a fast SD card or is the limiting factor the camera? A sales guy to me the advertised write speeds are for transferring to a computer.

Just downloaded and installed a "trial" copy of Photoshop Elements 6.0 . Much to my disappointment the OPEN AS does not work; and, of couse, the Adobe Help Documentation is nearly worthless. If I try to open a jpg (created in CS2) as a PSD file, I get the error msg that it

| Fuji A340 resolution question | 26 Feb 2008 22:37 GMT | 23 |

| Camera Recommendation - Outdoor | 26 Feb 2008 21:21 GMT | 2 |

| EXIF problem: Raw Shooter vs. Picture Project | 26 Feb 2008 10:28 GMT | 4 |
Does anyone know why this would happen... If I open a Nikon .NEF file with RawShooter essentials 2006, do some stuff to it, export it as a .jpg and then import that .jpg into PictureProject 1.7.5, the EXIF data isn't there.
