Just wondering: Is Amazon's 30-day return policy truly unconditional?

To get the maximum possible information for a digital camera, we use
its raw format. What is raw equivalent when scanning negatives?
I am totally new to negative scanning. Are their specialized negative
scanners? Do they have their own formats?

Anyone have any ideas on this ?  Seems RAW would be the best way to get a

like it.  Also, don't some converters also reduce noise ?  Seems the way to
