Monsieur, sir,
I bought a hard drive on Pixmania France (PIXMANIA CCL070892781).
The post office web site (http://www.coliposte.net/gp/services/

It's Falling Apart Around Him And He Doesn't Even Have A Mk III28 Oct 2007 00:17 GMT55
Great news folks!  Bush's fuckin world is crashing in around him and we all
get to laugh.  We are getting rid of yet another one of Bush's cronies,
Alberto Gonzales.  Maybe the two border agents wrongfully imprisoned will
finally get justice!!!

Adding Sparkle To Diamond27 Oct 2007 21:46 GMT46
I photographed a diamond ring recently, but the final images lack 'sparkle'.
Any tricks and tips for adding a 'sparkle' to it post process?
The ideal result I am looking for is very subtle.  A bit like a catch light
in the eyes, where it adds sparkle, but most people wouldn't ...

In terms of digital pocket cameras, so far I have owned and used the
Fuji V10, an F40 for my son which he used and liked, but then lost,
and recently based on the specs, I bought a Fuji F50 for my daughter
who is in art school.  All from B and H by the way.  The F50 became

Negative types?26 Oct 2007 09:13 GMT15
I've got some old negative strips which I'm scanning with my new MA-21
adaptor (thanks for the advice on that one incidentally). Most work

problems. The thing is, I can't seem to identify what type it is and

digital prints26 Oct 2007 01:08 GMT11
Comparing P&S, no cropping or re-touching, 35mm prints are by far
better quality than digital ones no matter which studio or printer I
use.
You could easily spot the pixels on digital prints (4x6) especially on
File names for various digital cameras and RAW extensions25 Oct 2007 18:26 GMT7
Two questions about recorded digital photo files:
1. Filename for photos : Canon with IMGxxx, Panasonic with Pxxx, Casio

Nikon, Kodak, Olympus, Fuji, etc. ?
How Do You Sign Your Photographs?25 Oct 2007 16:44 GMT12
Do you sign the photograph itself, or the mat?  If you sign the picture, do
you add your name and copyright information in Photoshop, or after the photo
is printed?
Thanks,
why CF not SD ?25 Oct 2007 09:37 GMT118
I have always used SD memory cards in my point-n-shoot cameras. I
liked the SD card's small size and the parcicability of insertion.
Now I got a dSLR, and I have to put up with the CF card. It is very
inconvenient. First, it is much larger. Secondly, which is more

I downloaded the update file that is supposed to have the raw driver
for our camera.  However, the accompanying instructions say to replace
the existing plugin in a directory
Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plugins\CS2\File Formats.
