The Cypress Preserve resort is the only new construction in Pasco
County Florida zoned for 'short term rentals' which makes this the
perfect investment. Set in twenty one acres of conservation area, the
resort enjoys a peaceful atmosphere whilst being only 30 minutes away
Mk III Firmware Update V1.1.1 Available!03 Sep 2007 10:01 GMT12
For general download in September.  Canon isn't going to let us down by not
releasing monthly updates till the end of the year.  My Mk III came with
V1.1.0 so this will be like breaking in a virgin.  The early adopters get to
do it for a second time.

Bird photography with a remotley controlled camera?03 Sep 2007 01:46 GMT2
The advantage would be that no blind is necessary. What type of camera
would be best? Are there any digital cameras with special features
that would be especially suited to this?
New to Digital03 Sep 2007 00:21 GMT13
In using 35mm film, I appreciated the various manual overrides to automatic
settings, such as apperature, shutter speed, and focus.  Now I am looking at
digital cameras and I find the specs on these features not well explained.  Is
there such a thing as a 30-second time exposure in ...
Japanese TV - audi/Video Cable02 Sep 2007 23:37 GMT1
Greetings! I am from USA. My digital cames with a cable called Audio/
Video cable for viewing pictures and video on TV. The TV must have
capability to accept the cable. Not many TVs have this capability. I
wonder whether the Japanese TVs in the hotels have this capability.

I'm considering buying this camera, and would appreciate comments from
owners on all aspects of the camera. I'm especially interested in comments
regarding shutter lag-time.

Why are these pics so grainy?02 Sep 2007 19:08 GMT13
Good day all.  I hope life finds you in good spirits this morning.
I recently went out on a photo trip to see The Blue Angels.  When I got
home to see my pictures there were distractingly grainy. It made me
wonder about pics I've taken over the last couple years.
D70 Command Dial Failure02 Sep 2007 17:15 GMT3
I got caught this evening in a bad thunderstorm in St. Augustine and my D70
got a bit moist.  Everything about it is fine except the main command dial;
it no longer does anything.  I tried the master reset to no effect.  Any
other advice?
Lab recommendations for poster prints02 Sep 2007 16:55 GMT4
I am an amateur (on a limited budget) and would appreciate some
recommendations of US photo labs which print poster size photos from digital
images at an affordable price.
I tried AdoramaPix, but their system/site seems to be clunky and very slow.
Whatever happened to fast-charge batteries?02 Sep 2007 15:17 GMT13
Last few weeks I've picked up some AA battery chargers at garage sales.
got a 30 minute one, a 15 minute one and  a 8.5 minute one.
Went looking for batteries and can't find any in the local stores.
Is the 15 minutes of fame over on fast charge batteries?
