All this talk about how glamorous it would be working for NG as a photographer and they now have the nerve to release this book! It exposes the true motives of NG. Yes, this is really a book released by NG. Bastards! This is a real slap in the face to all photographers worldwide.

| D80 and raw and colorspace | 24 Aug 2007 20:48 GMT | 3 |
Just to be sure: if I change setting like sharpnees, color and colorspace like Adobe RGB, this only affects the JPG files, right? The Nikon manual tells all the settings, but lacks to say when and in what format they are used.

Recently, I saw at the photo store relatively comparable prices between a Nikon D80 and Lumix L1. I wonder if anyone who have used both cameras can provide some input about these two cameras. The Lumix L1 is relatively large, but I heard that it has an exceptional lens

| About the Poltergeist | 24 Aug 2007 03:07 GMT | 2 |
I have reviewed the message posted about the poltergeist and believe the unusual blur is either smoke, a piece of fabric, or something else of this world that moved through the image area during exposure. A slow shutter speed will reproduce this effect. I do not believe it is a ...

| Does compatibility extend this far? | 23 Aug 2007 16:06 GMT | 6 |
I'm considering buying my first DSLR and, because I have an F3 with several Nikon lenses, am interested in the D40X. Will the D40X accept the old lenses, the 55mm Micro Nikkor in particular? I'm aware that it won't auto-focus; its much too old.
