SLR's viewfinder question03 Jul 2007 13:29 GMT19
I know zero about dslr's but have recently been looking at the Nikon d40 and

image which I cannot correct with the diopter adjustment wheel.
Cheating - Rules in a Photography comp.03 Jul 2007 03:43 GMT19
After all the posts recently regarding what is considdered as
photography/art and what is admissable in competitions, it occured to me
that if it was done properly the judge would never know.
For example removal of telegraph poles and lines.

Looking Back02 Jul 2007 17:10 GMT10
I bought a new Canon dRebel in November, and have been gradually building up
a nice lens and accessory system. I remember when I was deeply into the
Canon FD system and my utter disgust when the EOS/EF lens system was
introduced in 1987, and especially when the FD system was ...
Why So Many Prints ??02 Jul 2007 16:05 GMT25
Why do people order so many prints??
10 cents to 25 cents for 4x6 prints isn't bad, but any bigger
sizes (5x7, 8x10) and the price skyrockets.
A 50 cent CD will hold 600+ images at 1 Meg each (2048x1536)

Canon 50mm 1.2L 'Protection' Filter?01 Jul 2007 23:44 GMT11
I know this is going to sound like a really daft question, but I have just
bought a Canon 50mm 1.2L and don't know what protection filter to buy for
it.  There are so many!
I usually don't like using any protection on my lenses, as I want it to be
I seem to recall a few people who dismissed this possibility as a bunch of hand-wringing. Hyperbole.01 Jul 2007 21:54 GMT3
