| Flash Advice Needed | 26 Jun 2007 23:44 GMT | 29 |
I recently took some shots at 40th birthday celebration, an afternoon tea at a grand hotel. The room we were in was quite dark; all wood panel and dark leather sofas, with no natural light. As a tripod was out of the question I knew flash was the way to go. Although some pics are ...

| Nikon D40 vs D40x? | 26 Jun 2007 22:27 GMT | 12 |
I'm thinking of buying my first digital SLR and have read great things about the D40 and D40x. While the D40 only has 6mp and the D40x has 10mp, I read that the higher pixel level doesn't necessarily deliver better picture quality.

| Seriously: Tit Shots? | 26 Jun 2007 17:14 GMT | 3 |
If you watch much TV or DVDs you will see lots of Tit Shots where a woman's breast is highlighted in some way or another. Is this technique something that should be applied to amateur photography too?

I've got a few nice shots of strangers taken at street festivals and similar public events. In most cases, the people knew that their picture was taken by me, a stranger and they didn't indicate any objection. In general, we never talked. None of these pictures show
