Can anyone suggest a free plugin (Photoshop or otherwise) that will work
with Irfanview to provide a better free-rotate function?  Something with
a slider (like in Picasa) or snap-line (Paintshop Pro) or anything
better than just randomly guessing angles?

Wondering what folks think of the Sony DSC-H9 camera, and if it
is worth buying even if it does use proprietary batteries.

With all the features that Irfanview has, I can't find a histogram
function.  A search for "irfanview histogram" come up with lots of
unrelated hits.
I just d/l'd the latest (4) and all the plugins and don't see anyting.
