I have a question for you regarding over-seas airline travel with the Canon
500 f4.
What carry-on do you use for this lens?
I'm hoping to find a bag that will accomodate this lens along with a number

Camera or lens calibration?25 May 2007 07:34 GMT2
My new Sigma 50-150 f2.8 has about 4cm of front focus. I purchased it
nevertheless because the lens can be calibrated.
What seems strange to me is when I focus it manualy using central
focus point on my Canon 20d, the focus is also confirmed about 4cm in
jpeg pix on SD card recognized by PC and printers, but not by camera.25 May 2007 04:35 GMT8
I have about 40 important images on an SD card, SanDisk Ultra II 1 GB,
and transferred them to my Vista Home Premium laptop via a card reader,
followed by burning to a CD-R. Thank goodness that the double backup

Looking if someone out there may have a list of non DSLR Point &
Shoot Super Zooms (say 8x or better?) that use a higher density
EVF with at least 205,000 pixels, maybe up to 230,000?
If you do know of such a list, could you please post a link or
Ultra compact24 May 2007 19:32 GMT3
I am looking for an ultra compact camera for a gift, about 6-7-8 MP with a
view finder (and LCD monitor as well), not the one with LCD monitor only.
Also, I am excluding cameras using Memory stick in a different flavors (duo,
professional) instead od SD or  SDHC cards, therefore ...
Any twist bodies like old Coolpix 995?24 May 2007 19:25 GMT5
Hi. I enjoy shooting with my old Nikon Coolpix 995 because of the
twist body design. It works well with how I shoot.
Besides the Nikon S4 and S10, are there any other cameras that offer
that twisting action today?
